a) The membership of the Academy will be given to the person who is deemed of 18 years of age by virtue of Law.
b) A person whose behaviour is in conformity with the moral code of Academy. A person who has never been sentenced by court of Law in India or elsewhere.
c) The membership of the Academy can only be granted after approval by the unanimous decision of the members of Committee specially from the same area.
d) A person will be ceased from be member of the Academy on the following grounds:-
i) On death.
ii) On tendering resignation and its being accepted.
iii) On being declared mentally sick.
iv) On being declared insolvent by a court of competent jurisdiction.
v) On being sentenced by a court of law.
vi) On the membership being terminated in the meeting by all the members of Academy .
